1. Reliable purification efficiency
During the trial production process, the company conducted three simulated production tests on representative models of the DGS-5, DGS-7.5, and DGS-20 series purifiers in various specifications, accumulating a wealth of data. After analysis and organization, the average gas purification rate exceeded 95%, with sulfuric acid mist reaching 90%-95%.
2. Reasonable structural design
The DGS series acid mist purification tower utilizes sodium hydroxide solution as the absorbent neutralizing liquid. Acid mist waste gas is forced into the middle inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan, forming a pressure chamber, and then evenly distributed to each bubbling tube by the pressure intensifier room. The waste gas enters the absorbent neutralizing liquid in the storage tank through the bubbling tubes, causing bubbles to form. The bubbles pass through the filter material ring layer, allowing for a second thorough contact between the gas and liquid, followed by dehumidification through a dehumidification fan, and finally released into the atmosphere. Based on the above design principles, the structure of the general fiber glass purification tower has been improved, with the following measures adopted:
(1) Eliminated the recirculating pump system of the general purification tower.
(2) A new filter material, a round ring with a large specific surface area, high perforation rate, uniform holes, regular arrangement, and minimal channel retention, has been adopted to replace the commonly used Baur ring filter material in domestic applications.
3. The fiberglass tower body is of reliable quality and excellent performance.
Based on the working environment of each component of the purification tower, we have selected resins with excellent alkali resistance and high structural strength. The outer surface is coated with a胶衣树脂 that offers good waterproofing and anti-aging properties. To enhance the tower's strength, several longitudinal reinforcing discs are used on the outer shell, and a combined structure of cylindrical double-tube sections and segments is adopted according to the size of various models. Since the purification tower operates in an acidic and alkaline corrosive gas environment for an extended period, in addition to the pressure from the tower's own and the liquid pressure, it also needs to withstand wind pressure during operation (full pressure of the fan is 200-250H2O). Therefore, all glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) components must have both good corrosion resistance and high tensile and compressive strength. After thorough consideration and elimination of strength reduction coefficients under strong corrosion and the scattering performance factors of the hand lay-up process, our company has designed the entire GFRP components for the tower structure and usage environment, ensuring ample reserve strength in particularly harsh working conditions.
