Overview:
A vacuum drying oven is a type of static vacuum drying equipment. Vacuum drying utilizes a vacuum pump to extract moisture from the inside of the chamber. It maintains a vacuum state, allowing moist materials to be placed inside, where they are heated and dried under vacuum conditions (the boiling point of moisture in the material is very low under vacuum), significantly increasing the drying rate of the material while also saving energy. The material remains in a stationary state during the drying process within the vacuum drying oven, preventing any physical damage (even if the material is very light and finely granulated, it won't fly around). Disinfection can also be performed before drying. Due to the lower boiling point of solvents in a vacuum state, it is suitable for drying unstable or heat-sensitive materials. The vacuum drying oven has excellent sealing properties, making it ideal for drying materials that require solvent recovery and those containing strong irritants or toxic gases.
