Equipment Definition: The SZG series cone-shaped rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of drying equipment that integrates mixing and drying functions. By matching the condenser, vacuum pump, and dryer, it forms a vacuum drying system, capable of efficiently drying and mixing materials under vacuum conditions.
Structure Design: The main body of this dryer is a twin-conical rotating drum, featuring advanced design with a relatively simple internal structure, easy to clean, and capable of fully discharging materials. Operation is straightforward, reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.

Principle:
Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into the enclosed sandwich layer, where it transfers heat to the material being dried through the inner shell. Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly, continuously mixing the contents within to enhance the drying process. The material is in a vacuum state, causing the steam pressure to drop and the moisture solvent on the material surface to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly removed and recycled by a vacuum pump. The moisture solvent within the material continuously penetrates to the surface, evaporates, and is expelled, with these three processes occurring continuously. As a result, the material achieves the drying goal in a very short period of time.
Features:
Precise temperature control: During oil heating, an automatic constant-temperature control is used, allowing the temperature to range from 20 to 160℃ with fluctuations kept within ±2℃. This ensures material drying that requires strict temperature control.
High thermal efficiency: Compared to general ovens, the thermal efficiency is increased by more than 2 times, effectively saving energy.
Material drying with high quality: Due to drying under vacuum and the rotating drum ensuring even heating of the material, the drying process is uniform and thorough. It not only dries the material to a very low moisture content (less than or equal to 0.5%), but also effectively prevents surface hardening and other phenomena.
Meets GMP Standards: Indirect heating ensures material contamination is prevented, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals that demand high material purity. Easy Operation and Maintenance: The equipment has a relatively simple structure, easy to repair and maintain, and easy to clean.
