LC5-10 Through-core Current Transformer
The LC5-10 type current transformer features the dimensions of a traditional high-precision transformer. The base height of this transformer is 40mm. The base height can be adjusted according to the client's specified ratio for a single-winding high-precision current transformer. (Note: This size of transformer comes with an installation bracket.)
The LC-10 high-precision current transformer is suitable for current, electrical energy measurement, and protection of supply and demand equipment in AC power systems for cable lines below 35kV and 10kV. This current transformer features a small size, light weight, and ease of installation, and is widely used in series compact all-insulated ring main switch cabinets such as SafeRing/SafePlus, RM6/SM6, SVS, GA/GE, FB, SS, FTR, and more.
This current transformer utilizes a new magnetic material for the measuring winding core, featuring high magnetic permeability, lower saturation magnetic induction intensity, and excellent stability, ensuring high measurement accuracy and a lower instrument security coefficient. High-quality imported silicon steel sheets, processed through advanced technology, serve as the core for the protection winding, guaranteeing a higher accuracy limit coefficient.
The toroidal cores and secondary windings are vacuum impregnated with high-quality epoxy resin in a flame-retardant plastic casing, providing moisture resistance, stable performance, and no need for maintenance. This type of current transformer is compact, lightweight, and occupies minimal space. It can be mounted in the cable compartment of a ring main switch cabinet, requiring only that the cables pass through the inner hole during installation, making it simple and quick to set up. It also offers a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
