Application Fields
The machine is used for the homogenization and mixing processes in industrial sectors such as chemicals, building materials, and food, including applications like decorative panels, putty, thermal insulation materials, adhesives, and high-viscosity paste colloids for food.
Operating Principle
Under the drive of the motor, the high-speed rotating rotor draws the material from the bottom of the container into the rotor area, where it undergoes intense mixing. The material is then forced through the precise clearance between the stator and the rotor, before being ejected from the stator slots.
Withstanding intense mechanical shearing action, the colloidal particles are torn and mixed. At the same time, new material is drawn into the rotor center, and the discharged material changes direction along the container wall, thereby completing a cycle.
