Equipment Performance

1. Equipped with a PLC control core and imported variable-frequency inverter, terminal control is achieved through a touch screen human-machine interface or fully automatic computer operation.
2. One set of equipment, two systems, suitable for various modifiers: such as rubber powder, SBS, SBR, EVA, PE, etc.
3. The modifier uses an automatic weighing system and is conveyed by a high-pressure blower; dust-free and noiseless, environmentally friendly.
4. Rapid heating and secondary circulation heating system for asphalt matrix, ensuring a constant temperature required for production.
5. The asphalt pump is equipped with a domestic brand insulated three-screw pump.
6. Fully enclosed drum design to minimize heat loss.
7. Equipped with high-speed cutting, crushing, and grinding pumps, achieving the finest particle size up to 0.5um-2um.
8. Waste gas recovery system, channeling all the waste gases from the drums into the furnace for combustion. Meets environmental protection standards.
9. After swelling, it can be directly loaded onto trucks or sent to the finished product tank without the need for recirculation, following high-speed shearing and grinding by the pump.
10. Mobile design for easy relocation, suitable for both mobile operations and fixed, factory-style production.
