The High-Speed Shearing Pulverizing Mill is an upgraded and optimized product based on the new generation of ordinary colloidal mill, integrating advanced foreign pulverizing technology with the principles of ancient Chinese stone mills. It effectively pulverizes and disperses solid-liquid mixtures containing particles, and is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. It is particularly representative in applications such as grain, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, color paste, pesticides, liquid fertilizers, asphalt, rapid mixing reactions, and new energy lithium batteries.
The main body of the crushing and grinding pump consists of the motor, connecting part, mechanical seal, working chamber, and crushing and grinding disk. The core components are the static and dynamic crushing and grinding disks, with the dynamic disk featuring a double-body structure. The primary stage is equipped with a coarse crushing tooth disk for propulsion, while the secondary stage features a stepped five-layer gradual fine grinding structure. The feed material, which includes solid-liquid mixtures, can accommodate powder lumps or particles with a maximum diameter of 20mm. Under the high-speed rotation of the dynamic disk, the material passing through the tooth surfaces experiences significant shearing and friction forces, leading to compression and grinding. This process results in the breaking of liquid material molecular chains, particle crushing, and ensures the material is fully crushed, dispersed, homogenized, emulsified, refined, and transported. The outlet pressure can reach 0.3Mpa, and the minimum particle fineness of the liquid material can be as small as 1.0μm.
The machine features a compact design, excellent sealing, stable performance, ease of operation, wide adaptability, and high production efficiency. The materials for the static and dynamic grinding disks also offer multiple choices, such as nitriding heat treatment on special alloy steel surfaces, thermal spray ceramic tungsten carbide treatment, diamond electroplating surface treatment, corrosion-resistant stainless steel with resistance to chloride ions, and high-hardness special-purpose stainless steel for knives and shears.
The particle fineness requirements of the crushed solid-liquid material vary, allowing the gap between the static and dynamic grinding disks to be adjusted arbitrarily via an external handwheel, with an adjustment range of 0.01-0.4mm. Depending on the working conditions of the crushed solid-liquid material, mechanical seals can be optionally selected in single face, double face, or assembled types.Optional dry gas double-end face seal under specific flammable and explosive working conditions.
