High-Speed Shear Homogenizing Emulsifying Pumps (Single Stage, Three Stage)
The pipeline high-shear homogenizing emulsifying pump features excellent emulsifying fluidity, suitable for emulsifying low-viscosity, fine-grained materials or liquids, as well as liquid-liquid emulsions. It is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The product boasts compact design, broad adaptability, and high production efficiency. All components in contact with the material, except for the motor and some parts, are made of high-strength stainless steel. The static and dynamic emulsifying disks are critical components of the machine. The tooth shape of the homogenizing disk varies depending on the nature of the material being processed. The material is selected as stainless tool steel, hardened according to the material characteristics, thus offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. This ensures the desired material fineness and flow rate as required by the user.
The basic working principle of the pipeline-type high-shear homogenizing emulsifying pump is shearing emulsification. It relies on the relative movement of two toothed surfaces, with one rotating at high speed and the other stationary. This causes the material passing through the toothed surfaces to experience significant shearing and friction forces. Simultaneously, under the action of high-frequency vibration, high-speed centrifugal eddies, and other complex forces, the material is effectively dispersed, homogenized, and emulsified.

The pipeline high-shear mixer emulsifier comes in two series.
Single-stage series, three-stage series, capable of meeting the dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization process requirements of various users, operating conditions, and industries, as well as different production volume needs. The high-shear homogenizing emulsifier features include:
● Features continuous large-scale production processing capability, zero blind spots, narrower particle size distribution range, higher uniformity, easy operation, and can achieve automation.
● Compact structure, easy installation, minimal space required, stable operation, low noise.
● The internal transmission of the work chamber employs an overhanging design, enabling axial feeding and radial discharge.
● Suitable for high-temperature, high-viscosity, and high-flow conditions such as emulsified asphalt, emulsified wax, probiotics, gasoline and diesel, and multi-liquid emulsions in the chemical industry.
● Available sealing types: Rigid internal mechanical seal, external double-sided rigid mechanical seal. Select different sealing fluids based on various media and operating conditions.
● Suitable for both continuous and reciprocating process operations, this design ensures that all materials entering the mixing container must pass through the precision-matched gap of the stator and rotor before exiting. Its powerful suction capability can lift materials and flow them out without the need for an auxiliary pump. Special single or double mechanical seals are used for harsh process conditions.
