Vacuum Shovel Dryer

Principle
The dried material is added at the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, with the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell constantly renewed. It is indirectly heated by steam, uniformly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rods, which facilitates the removal of surface moisture. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is discharged at the outlet of the vacuum pump.
