Vacuum Rake Dryer

       Principle
Material is added to the center of the upper part of the shell, where it is stirred by the continuously reversing rakes. The material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell, and is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rakes, along with the crushing action of the crushing bars, facilitates the favorable removal of surface moisture from the material. The vaporized moisture is then passed through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being vented out at the vacuum pump outlet.
 
       Applicable Materials
Slurry, thick paste, materials finer than 100 mesh, various pigments, clay-like materials, filtered and centrifuged, alkali washing agent, alkali stone starch, dyes, pigments, clay dust, clay, cement, etc.
 
       Appropriate under certain conditions
Material finer than 100 mesh, solutions, synthetic fibers, crystalline substances, vacuum liquids, emulsions, sweet potato slices, mineral sands, etc., suspended liquids.
