Stainless Steel Reactor Vessel

The stainless steel reaction kettle is composed of the kettle body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission unit, shaft seal device, overflow oil trough, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.
Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing methods typically include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame types. The support bases come in two types: suspended or supported.
A heat-conducting oil is placed inside the jacket, which is heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake and discharge, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with supports, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging materials.
