Drying Film Machine

Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. We offer three methods of material intake: top, rear, and bottom feeding. For chemical materials, we provide single drum and double drum options.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, circulating oil heating, and electric heating insulation.
3. The equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum-pulled, and nitrogen-protected styles.
4. Blade materials include: brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The discharge system includes single and double outputs.
6. Special Requirements: The regular shape and size of the material can ensure uniformity in thickness and size of the material sheets.
7. The cooling or (heating) system features jacketed or spray-type designs, tailored to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. This enhances heat exchange efficiency, strengthens the drum, and increases the yield of the product.
8. The cooling water system utilizes packed seal or rotating joints, ensuring reliable prevention of leaks, and employs a new process that reduces the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulation layers and side scrapers, ensuring that no material accumulates at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and solves the issue of unstable operation caused by material buildup on the ends.
