The heating methods for the external reactor of the pipe extrusion furnace include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating, etc.

Mixing types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, ribbon, scraper, etc.

The jacket types include jacketed and semi-tubular, with all jacketed oil heating models featuring a flow guide device.

Axial seal options include standard water-cooled packing, combined PTFE packing, and mechanical seal.

Ball valves and gate valves are available for shipment.

The external disk tube reactor is designed based on the principle of thorough mixing of the reaction substances. For physical processes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption, a stirrer is necessary to achieve optimal results.
