Unsaturated Resin Equipment

Product Overview

The resin equipment set is used for producing phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and paint. The complete set consists of a reaction kettle, vertical distillation column, horizontal condenser, water storage tank, overflow oil sump, and pipelines (for dilute kettle), etc. The parts in contact with materials in the complete set are made of stainless steel.

The pot can be equipped with stainless steel coils, or stainless steel coils can be set within the jacket.

If not using an electric heating rod for heating, steam heating or a circulating thermal oil heating system can also be employed.
