Photovoltaic Roof Inspection
One,Field Testing Method
Install load cells, pressure gauges, and other instruments on the roof to measure and calculate the roof's load-bearing capacity. This method is simple and convenient to operate, but has a significant margin of error; it also requires professional equipment to complete the task.
Two, undertakingLoad balancing method
This method measures the load-bearing capacity of the structure or components by applying pre-tension (such as reinforced steel, concrete). It utilizes the difference between the building's deformation ability and the material strength to meet the design requirements, hence offering good accuracy and reliability.
Three,Loaded for trial
Static load tests are a method of determining the load-bearing capacity of a specimen by causing it to undergo deformation through the use of loading devices. Static load tests are a reliable and effective way to assess the actual load size that structures or components can bear, and are one of the commonly used inspection items in engineering.
IV.Ultimate state review method
When the above two or more methods are still insufficient to determine the result, the limit state review method must be employed – that is, to destruct the test piece to the point of being irreparable within the specified time, then re-inspect and verify after reconstruction to judge if it meets the required standard values or qualification levels.
