Factory Safety Inspection Definition: Factory safety inspection is the process of checking the condition of building structural damage and analyzing to judge the safety of the building.
I. Scope of Factory Safety Inspection: Building safety inspections are applicable to buildings that have shown signs of danger. The structural composition of single-story industrial buildings generally falls into two types: wall-bearing structure and frame-bearing structure.
The load-bearing structure of the walls consists of brick and brick columns for the exterior walls.

(1) Roof structure

Extract core samples from some concrete components for third-party testing units to perform compression tests to obtain concrete strength data, and then use computer modeling to verify the load-bearing capacity of the floor.
Be mindful of cracks during the inspection of new equipment areas, and analyze the causes of the cracks and their potential harm to the structure; based on the mechanical properties of the building's structural materials, existing loads, usage, and structural system, establish a reasonable calculation model according to the test results, original design drawings, and standards, to verify the current safety usage capabilities of the building and review its structural measures, and write the building safety report meticulously. Furthermore, conduct a grading assessment of the factory's load-bearing capacity and propose reasonable suggestions for the placement of production equipment, taking into account the weight and other parameters of the equipment.
