Features Introduction

Fully automatic nano-silver/nano-copper positive pressure sintering furnace, primarily utilizing mechanical pressure for sintering. In terms of pressure equipment selection, this design employs a precise hydraulic control system to achieve high-precision pressure application.

The overall furnace cavity and structural design feature a vacuum-sealed structure, allowing for sintering in a vacuum environment or under protective atmospheres of other inert gases (two or more), thereby enhancing the sintering quality of the product.

The complete equipment includes: automatic loading and unloading system, pressure system, vacuum system, heating system, temperature control system, cooling system, etc. It consists of two stages: pre-pressure and in-pressure.
