The V8SL vacuum formic acid reflux furnace is a specialized vacuum welding and encapsulation furnace designed exclusively for lead frame products in the semiconductor industry, LED products, and power devices. Requires demand-oriented design optimization. Carefully optimized and designed to address the various issues encountered by industry clients.
1). High production volume: Up to 120-130 frames per hour, calculated based on the welding time per greenhouse.
2). Low energy consumption: Starting power of the whole machine: 18KW; Average operating power of the whole machine: 6KW
Low nitrogen consumption: The nitrogen consumption is only 1/4 to 1/5 of other similar vacuum furnace products.
4). Low footprint: Dimensions: 3300×1000×1300mm.

V8SL Welding Void Rate: Pad void rate: <2%. Individual void rate: 2%. Different welding materials and atmospheres can affect the welding process.
