V8N is specifically designed and optimized for the special requirements of vacuum welding encapsulation for IGBT modules and MOSFET devices in the power semiconductor industry.
A meticulously optimized vacuum furnace designed considering the numerous issues industry clients are facing.

V8N Welding Porosity Rate: Weld pad porosity <2%. Individual porosity <1%. Different welding materials and atmospheres affect welding. The current data is a comprehensive result based on customer testing. This data varies for different welding products.
V8N supports nitrogen or formic acid atmosphere working environment, catering to various welding processes.
V8N vacuum reflow soldering machine configuration software control system, modular design setup, user-friendly interface.
