Reinforced truss deck plates are convenient for transportation and installation, making them easier and more convenient to erect. They can help reduce the workload of reinforcing steel on-site and decrease the amount of dismantling work. Reinforced truss deck plates are composed of steel, trusses, and deck plates, and are an improved version of the press-formed deck plates. They represent a new type of building material. The reinforced trusses are pre-fabricated at the back-end processing site and can be made in predetermined lengths.
Reinforced truss floor slab construction technology
Process Flow
Tie wire → Debonding → Hoisting → Laying out → Cutting → Bonding → Side welding, end welding → Drilling holes → Sealing → Inspection → Nailing → Block construction → Reinforcement layout → Embedment installation → Concrete pouring and curing.
2. Method of profile connection
Reinforced truss floor deck is laid and connected to steel beams, with the end of the deck welded to the beam at the fusion point, and intermediate sections connected using bolted penetration welds; the truss floor decks are joined together using clamping pliers to bite and press the holes; the ends are spot-welded to the reinforced truss floor deck or steel beam with galvanized edge steel plates.
⑵When connecting steel truss floor slabs to concrete walls, angle steel should be added and secured to the concrete wall with expansion bolts, connecting the floor to the concrete wall (column).
Steel truss deck plates offer cost-effective material selection with particularly evident overall cost advantages, meaning the product boasts high performance-to-cost ratio. Compared to other steel equipment, the deck plate products enhance both the quality and efficiency of installation; this equipment is also suitable for large-span deck installations, reducing construction costs and helping users save on renovation expenses; using this equipment can also shorten the project timeline and reduce on-site installation costs.
Reinforced truss floor decks are more robust than simple reinforced steel products due to their more rational stress distribution, ensuring easier quality assurance in construction. The steel material in the reinforced truss floor decks is evenly arranged, with guaranteed spacing between steel bars and the thickness of the concrete laid, enhancing the overall lifespan of the building. The product offers adjustable steel and truss sizes to better utilize the equipment.
From a mechanical performance perspective, steel truss floor decks differ from traditional building floors, offering superior crack resistance. The use of composite floor decks significantly enhances fire resistance. After employing this equipment, there's no longer a need to consider fire prevention and corrosion issues, and it also extends the service life of the building.
