Aluminum Magnesium Manganese Roofing System Production Technology
Outer surface treatment of aluminum materials includes two main categories: uncoated products and painted products.
1. Unpainted Products: Hammered aluminum alloy plate (irregular pattern), embossed plate (formed through mechanical embossing to create a regular pattern); pre-anodized aluminum surface treatment plate. These products do not undergo painted finish on the sheet surface, have low aesthetic requirements for the surface, and are priced competitively.
2. Painted Products: Divided by painting process into: Spray Coated Sheets and Pre-Rolled Coated Sheets.
Paint finishes can be categorized into: polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, modified silicone, epoxy resin, fluorocarbon, and more. These are designed to extend the paint's resistance to aging caused by UV radiation from sunlight as much as possible. Among them, PVDF paint (fluorocarbon coating) stands out for its excellent aging resistance, being one of the most effective known organic synthetic UV protectants. Aluminum plates with fluorocarbon coatings are produced using different quality requirements, ranging from two-coat, two-bake, three-coat, three-bake, to four-coat, four-bake roller coating processes. The pre-coated PVDF paint has a resin content of 70%-80% and is roller-coated on high-speed continuous production lines after chemical pretreatment, initial coating, and finishing processes. The front coating is typically 25μm thick, with a back coating for corrosion prevention.
