The Automatic Cleaning Device for Condenser Ball is an equipment designed to effectively clean the condenser cooling tubes. The performance of this device directly affects the cleanliness and heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. The ball cleaning device consists of secondary filter screen, ball collection net, ball filling room, ball conveying pump, and electrical control cabinet, among other components.

III. Working Principle
Select appropriate sponge rubber balls, with a wet diameter slightly larger than the cooling tube inner diameter (about 1-2mm) and a wet specific gravity similar to water. Place the balls into the ball chamber, with a quantity of approximately 10% of the condenser's water inlet copper tube count. Then, start the ball pump and open the ball valves at both ends of the system. The balls will be propelled into the condenser water chamber by the slightly higher water pressure at the water intake. As the balls are a porous, soft, elastic material, they are compressed through the cooling tubes under the pressure difference at the water intake, cleaning the inner diameter of the tubes. The dirt inside the tubes is carried away with the water flow. The balls then enter the collection net through the outlet pipe, where they are separated by the grid of the collection net. They are then pumped back to the ball chamber by the ball pump, repeating the cycle for continuous automatic cleaning of the condenser cooling tubes.
