The Condenser Ball Cleaning System is a device that effectively cleans the condenser cooling tubes. The performance of this system directly impacts the cleanliness of the condenser and its heat transfer efficiency. It is an indispensable device for enhancing user economy and ensuring the safe operation of the condenser. The ball cleaning system consists of components such as a secondary filter, ball collection net, ball loading chamber, ball conveying pump, and an electrical control cabinet.

III. Principle of Operation

Select the appropriate sponge rubber balls, which are slightly larger in diameter when wet than the inner diameter of the cooling tubes (about 1-2mm) and have a wet density close to that of water. Place the rubber balls into the ball chamber, approximately 10% of the number of copper tubes in the condenser's water inlet. Then, activate the rubber ball pump and open the ball valves at both ends of the system. The rubber balls are then driven into the condenser water chamber by the slightly higher pressure water flow at the circulation water inlet. As the rubber balls are a soft, elastic, and porous material, under the action of the pressure difference at the circulation water inlet, they are compressed through the cooling tubes, wiping the inner diameter once. This action removes dirt from the tube walls along with the water flow. The rubber balls, along with the circulating water, enter the collection net through the outlet pipe. Blocked by the collection net plate, the balls are separated out and then extracted by the rubber ball pump to return to the ball chamber. This continuous cycle automatically cleans the condenser's cooling tubes.
