LSF Type Backwashing Filter Water Separator

On the water supply pipelines adjacent to power stations, chemical industries, dyeing and printing, and paper-making sectors, due to the varied sources of water from rivers, lakes, and seas, there are diverse impurities in the water, such as industrial waste, floating weeds, fish and shrimp, snails, etc. Often, before entering the water supply system, a simple grille filter is used, or a one-time filter mesh is applied for better conditions, yet smaller impurities still remain in the treated water. When these accumulate to a certain extent without being removed, they can reduce the flow area, causing blockages. In severe cases, this can lead to shutdowns, posing a significant threat to safe operation. Considering economic, convenient, and maintenance factors, our company has designed and manufactured a new series of backwashable industrial water filters to meet user requirements and thoroughly address these issues.

2. Structure and Usage Instructions:

This series of water filters consists of a rotating shaft, positioning rod, bracket housing, core mesh, inlet, outlet, and drain port. They are typically designed for freshwater, with filter mesh and main internal components made of standard stainless steel. For seawater or highly acidic/alkaline conditions, special stainless steel materials are used.

After the filter is installed into the pipeline system, water enters the filter through the inlet, and the filtered water exits through the outlet. When the water contaminants are larger than the core mesh, they are trapped on the core due to their size. As they accumulate, a pressure difference is created between the inlet and outlet. At this point, the core can be rotated for automatic backwashing cycles, and the contaminants will be expelled through the drain outlet. This cycle repeats, and the user can schedule automatic backwashing and drainage based on the amount of contaminants in the water.

3. Application Range

Installed on the side of water supply pipes for DN500 and below in various industries such as power stations, chemical plants, dyeing and printing, and papermaking, these small water filter units serve as an alternative to secondary filters. They offer flexibility in selecting viscosity, and come with advantages such as compact size, low cost, and high filtration flow rate. Particularly suitable for branch pipelines of main supply water systems, they provide benefits that secondary filters cannot match. Generally, no additional power source is needed; manual operation is sufficient. By turning the handle to the positions marked on the product, the filter units' internal chambers can be sequentially cleaned, achieving the purpose of automatically backwashing impurities from the filtered water.

LSZ Type Vertical Automatic Water Filter

The LSZ type vertical automatic cleaning water filter can filter out weeds, plastic films, paper and cloth fragments, suspended matter, etc., from water. It can also automatically and continuously or intermittently clean the filter mesh according to the water quality conditions in different regions, ensuring the mesh surface remains clean. It is one of the advanced water filtration equipment in our country and is suitable for various water filtration scenarios.

2. Structural Description:

(1) The drive mechanism features a two-stage cycloidal pinion reducer, with the water filter rotating smoothly. The control system utilizes PLD programmable logic, implementing automatic programs or intermittent backwashing for the water filter.

(2) The seal between the filter core bottom and the support plate has been changed from rubber to a hard seal. This ensures that no debris larger than 2mm can pass through to the outlet, maintaining the filter's efficiency.

(3) Due to high sand content in water under certain conditions, the upper bearing housing features double-sealed design. The water side is equipped with anti-silt sealing using two sets of skeletal sealing rings to prevent sand and silt from entering the sleeve and wearing out the shaft. The outer side is sealed with four packing-type seals.

(4) Trial installation of overflow pipes at the upper shaft support, ensuring no leakage for a civilized production.

(5) Both upper and lower shaft sleeves are removable, allowing for easy replacement without disassembling the cylinder.

Section 3: LSG Type Direct-Connected Pipe Filter

The LSG series filter waterers are structured as shown in the diagram, with a filtration area 2.5-3 times the flow area. They contain numerous small holes on a circular stainless steel plate, featuring a double-layer main circuit and a single-layer backwash circuit, providing high strength. Made entirely of stainless steel, their design is rational, performance is reliable, and they are durable. The filter cores are also easy to replace. When placing an order, please specify whether it is for the main circuit or bypass (i.e., backwash).

4. LSD Type Direct Flow Water Filter

1. Usage:

The LSD type direct-connection water filter is suitable for condensate pumps, feed pumps, industrial pumps, and for medium filtration in closed-loop pump systems. It can also serve as a pipe edge filter screen, filtering out mechanical debris and suspended particles in the pipe edges. It can also clean the filter screen based on the pressure difference, maintaining its cleanliness. This model's inlet filter has a high flow-through rate.

5. Precision Water Filter

1. Overview:

The Precision Laser Water Filter is a high-tech product developed and produced by our company in accordance with the National Power Corporation's "Twenty-Five Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Electric Power Generation," specifically clauses 11.3.1.1 and 11.3.1.2, which stipulate that the generator's internal cooling water system filter mesh must be replaced with a new type of laser-drilled stainless steel plate filter mesh, instead of wire mesh or copper wire mesh, to prevent filter mesh fragments from entering the generator's coil. This product is characterized by its high-strength laser-drilled micro-perforated plate, which can block impurities and particles from entering the generator's wire coil, preventing the occurrence of accidents caused by impurity accumulation leading to wire coil blockage.

2. Features:

(1) High safety. Eliminates the risk of inner cold water line blockage due to filter mesh breakage.

(2) The filter for large generators and steam turbine oil systems also serves to block fragments from the preceding filter mesh. Therefore, it is also suitable for power plant oil systems.

(3) High precision and evenness. Due to the use of laser piercing, the precision and evenness of the mesh display a very regular characteristic.

(4) High strength and corrosion resistance. The superior materials of the laser circuit boards ensure stable performance under high-impact water flow, along with excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Technical Specifications:

(1) Pores can reach a diameter of 0.2mm, but due to water resistance considerations, 0.3mm is generally recommended. Larger sizes can also go up to 0.5mm.

(2) Flow Ratio. Refers to the ratio of the area of the inlet and outlet pipes of the precision water filter to the area of the internal filter core's flow path. Generally recommended as 1:4, but for water with more impurities and poorer flow conditions, it may be appropriate to increase.

4. Instructions for Use:

(1) When installing the water filter into the system's welding flange, be cautious not to let welding slag splash onto the filter core during the welding process.

(2) Thoroughly clean the pipeline system prior to machine testing.

(3) Initially, open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve, and then open the drain valve for trial water.

(4) After the drain valve has drained, close it and then open the outlet valve to start normal operation.

5. Washing Instructions:

(1) If the system is dirty when starting the trial run, open the upper flange of the filter after running water two or three times, and gently remove the filter core.

(2) After removing the filter element, soak it in clean water and wash the external surface with a soft-bristled brush. Be careful not to strike the filter body with any hard objects during cleaning.

(3) Open the bottom valve to clean out the debris inside the filter cartridge.

(4) Gently insert the filter cartridge into the housing, place the gasket and flange cover, then tighten the bolts.

(5) After normal operation, if the water quality is good, clean once every six months to one year following the aforementioned procedure.
