A safety valve silencer is a type of silencer, primarily used for effectively muffling the high-temperature, high-pressure steam exhaust from safety valves, PCV valves, and exhaust valves in industries such as power, chemicals, and metallurgy.
Silencer Principle:
The new safety door sound absorber utilizes the noise reduction principle of perforated spray and resistance. It replaces the micro-perforated plate type with large-hole expansion and flow control, ensuring that the exhaust of the safety door is smooth in structure. It employs multi-level perforation for sound absorption and combines the resistance noise reduction principle. This allows steam sound waves to enter the numerous small holes of the porous sound-absorbing material, exciting the vibration of the porous material molecules, converting the sound energy into heat to overcome frictional resistance and viscosity, thus achieving ideal noise reduction and ensuring the smooth exhaust of steam.
Order Selection:
Our factory's silencers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. To achieve optimal noise reduction, it is essential that the product matches the emission target and parameters. Therefore, when ordering silencers, the following information must be provided:
(1) Safety valve steam discharge rate (T/h), set pressure, temperature.
(2) Exhaust pipe outer diameter, wall thickness;
