Inside the flue pipe, the fly ash flow rate should be equal to that in the sampling gun for the fly ash sample to be representative. Moreover, the sampler can automatically adjust to maintain a constant flow rate throughout the sampling process.
Features:
Timed Sampling; This equipment allows for timed sampling, which can be set up to 16 times a day for automatic blow-sweep sampling, utilizing complex programs such as the sweep leg gun. This significantly reduces the labor intensity for operators and enhances sampling efficiency. Operators only need to collect the sample in front of the sampler after the sampling time is set. When sampling is not required, the device automatically shuts off, greatly extending the lifespan of electrical appliances and making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
Spot Sampling; This equipment features location detection capabilities, with a full Chinese digital display for the sampling tube length, allowing for a direct view of the sampling tube's sampling position. It addresses the drawback of manual samplers not being able to perform spot sampling. The sampling tube length can be accurately measured to below millimeter precision.
Random sampling; the sampler can perform random sampling with just one click, completing complex procedures such as blowing, sampling, blowing, and retracting the gun. This solves the complicated operation of manual samplers. The device features controllable programming, allowing the sampling time, sampling length, blowing time, and other relevant parameters to be edited according to the manufacturer's actual conditions. This ensures that the samples collected are more targeted and representative.
Process:
After the smoke flow enters the sampling nozzle, it passes through the sampling tube and enters the cyclone separator tangentially along the wall. It then rotates vertically from top to bottom along the wall. During rotation, fly ash is ejected to the wall due to gravitational inertia and falls into the ash collection funnel, which then empties into the sampling bottle. The gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
When the smoke flow rate is between 6m/s and 14m/s, the isokinetic sampling rate is greater than 95%. The sampler can also be powered by a vacuum pump, allowing for continuous operation. It features isokinetic adjustment within the load range of 70% to 100%. The operation is reliable, easy to handle, and does not require dedicated maintenance.
Important Notes:
(1) The device is typically installed on the flue of an air preheater. If the flue width exceeds 2 meters, two samplers should be installed symmetrically on the flue. If the width is less than 2 meters, only one sampler needs to be installed.
(2) Pipe connectors for connecting transition sections are all made of water heating equipment. Some movable joints should be installed in the middle for easy assembly and disassembly, and焊接 components should be minimized as much as possible.
(3) Welding connections must be sealed.
