Boiler Ignition Exhaust Muffler (TB Model)

To suppress the exhaust noise of the off-pressure steam flow, this type of silencer is designed based on a comprehensive and reasonable noise reduction principle. After a single flow control inside the silencer, high-pressure steam enters the pressure-reducing chamber and, after being expanded in a large volume, becomes low-pressure steam that is then ejected. During this process, part of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, the noise often remains above the standard value due to factors such as the exhaust steam deviating from the design specifications. To address this, a double-layered noise-reducing enclosure is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the chamber, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction can reach 36~42 decibels.

Boiler Steam Safety Valve Muffler (Type TA)

For safety valves on boilers and similar equipment, the exhaust steam should not only avoid excessive noise but also allow for smooth discharge. Therefore, the commonly used multi-stage throttling and small-hole injection noise reduction methods are not suitable. This restriction has always been a design challenge for safety valve silencers and a reason for their poor noise reduction performance. This novel safety valve silencer also employs the noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and obstruction, replacing the smaller diameter flow control holes with larger holes for expansion, thereby enhancing the resistance, injection, and obstruction noise reduction effects structurally. This achieves an ideal noise reduction effect.

3. Low-pressure Steam Silencer (Type TD)

Many industrial and mining enterprises utilize a large number of low-pressure boilers with pressures of 0.13Mpa or less, and there are also numerous low-pressure thermal devices in power plant thermal systems, such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, steam turbine oil pumps, continuous blowdown from boilers, and periodic blowdown, etc. These equipment's exhaust pipes require the installation of mufflers that are lightweight and easy to install. Our company designs dedicated mufflers for different noise reduction needs, meeting the requirements of our customers.

4. TC Type Dust Blowing Pipe Silencer

After the installation and maintenance of steam boilers and related thermal equipment pipelines are completed, a steam flush and cleaning of the pipeline debris is required. This process will generate a significant amount of noise. The TC type silencer employs a three-stage silencing structure, effectively reducing noise through the principles of resistance, spray, and obstruction, and internally integrates the design of the TB and TA types.
