1. Air Compressor Exhaust Muffler

To suppress the noise from high-pressure gas flow emissions, this type of muffler is designed based on a comprehensive principle of noise reduction. After the gas undergoes a single controlled flow within the muffler, it enters the pressure-reducing chamber, where it is expanded to a larger volume and its pressure is reduced. This results in a low-pressure gas flow being ejected. During this process, part of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, it often remains above the standard value due to reasons such as the exhaust gas deviating from the design value. To address this, a double-layered sound-insulating housing is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the chamber. This housing is designed to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction can reach 36~42 decibels.

2. Air Compressor Exhaust Muffler

For safety doors of devices like gas emissions, the exhaust should avoid excessive noise while allowing smooth airflow. Therefore, the traditional methods of multi-stage throttling and small-hole injection for noise reduction are not suitable. This limitation has always been a design challenge for safety door mufflers and a reason for their poor noise reduction performance. This muffler also employs the noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and obstruction, replacing the smaller diameter flow control holes with large-diameter expansion holes. This structural enhancement strengthens the resistance, injection, and obstruction noise reduction effects, achieving ideal noise reduction results.

3. Air Compressor Exhaust Muffler

A large number of industrial and mining enterprises utilize low-pressure boilers of 0.13 MPa and below, and there are also numerous low-pressure thermal equipment in power plant thermal systems, such as back-pressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary exhaust blowers, steam turbine oil pumps, continuous boiler blowdown, and regular blowdown, etc. The exhaust pipes of the above equipment require the installation of mufflers with lightweight structures and easier installation. Our GF series of fan silencers are designed to control and reduce the aerodynamic noise generated by fans, serving as noise attenuation devices for the intake and exhaust ducts of various centrifugal and axial flow ventilators.

The muffler series is of the impedance type. The design of the acoustic absorption panel structure and fluid channels is primarily based on the frequency spectrum characteristics obtained from actual tests of the noise sources at power plant fan operation sites. It determines the required level of sound absorption in specific frequency ranges. Additionally, a narrow rectangular channel with a large material surface is employed to enhance absorption effects. At high noise levels, the noise source of the fan often exhibits multiple frequency values, and the requirements for sound absorption vary among different frequency bands. Therefore, this product utilizes resistive structures for high and medium-frequency noise absorption and reactive structures for medium and low-frequency noise absorption. It also incorporates both high-frequency and low-frequency absorption zones within the resistive channel to significantly broaden the sound absorption frequency range for optimal performance. After installation according to specifications, the maximum noise level will not exceed 85-90 decibels.
