This series of silencers is primarily used for effective noise reduction in power, chemical, metallurgical, mining, and textile industry boilers, steam emissions, gas emissions, fans, and other equipment.

1. Gas Storage Tank Exhaust Muffler

To suppress the noise from high-pressure gas flow emissions, this type of silencer is designed based on a comprehensive application of rational noise reduction principles. After passing through a single control flow inside the silencer, the gas enters the pressure-reducing chamber, where it is expanded in a large volume, thereby forming a low-pressure gas flow that is then ejected. During this process, a portion of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of certain frequencies. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, it often remains above the standard value due to various reasons such as the exhaust steam deviating from the design value. To address this, a double-layered sound-insulating cover is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the chamber, and is used to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction can reach 36~42 decibels.

2. Gas Storage Tank Exhaust Muffler

For safety doors of devices like gas emissions, the exhaust should not only avoid excessive noise but also ensure smooth airflow. Therefore, the commonly used multi-stage throttling and small-hole injection noise reduction methods are not suitable. Such limitations have always been the design challenge of safety door mufflers and the reason for their poor noise reduction performance. This novel safety door muffler also adopts the noise reduction principle of resistance, injection, and obstruction. It replaces the smaller diameter flow control holes with larger holes for expansion, structurally enhancing the resistance, injection, and obstruction noise reduction effects, achieving ideal noise reduction results.

3. Gas Storage Tank Exhaust Muffler

A significant number of industrial and mining enterprises utilize low-pressure boilers with pressure ratings of 0.13 MPa or less. In power plant thermal systems, there are also numerous low-pressure thermal units, such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, turbine oil pumps, continuous boiler blowdown, and periodic blowdown, etc. These equipment require exhaust pipes to be equipped with lightweight, easier-to-install silencers. 4. Gas Storage Tank Exhaust Muffler

Our GF series of exhaust silencers are designed for reducing aerodynamic noise generated by fans, serving as noise attenuation devices for various centrifugal and axial fans, both for intake and exhaust air ducts.

This series of silencers is of impedance acoustic flow type. The design of the absorptive panel structure and fluid passages is primarily based on the spectral characteristics obtained from actual noise source measurements at various fan operation sites in power plants, determining the required amount of sound absorption at specific frequency ranges. Additionally, narrow rectangular channels with large material surfaces are used to enhance absorption. At the maximum noise level, the noise source of the fan often exhibits multiple spectral values, and the requirements for sound absorption vary among different frequency bands. Therefore, this product employs a resistive structure for high and medium-frequency noise attenuation and an antiresonant structure for medium and low-frequency noise attenuation. High-frequency and low-frequency sound absorption zones are also incorporated into the resistive channels to significantly broaden the sound absorption frequency range, achieving excellent noise reduction. After installation according to specifications, the maximum noise level will not exceed 85-90 decibels.
