The structural features of the assembled floating inner deck:
Unique spider-web hexagonal structure
The new assembled inner floating roof employs a unique spider-web-like biomimetic hexagonal structure, thus offering greater structural strength and better stability with the same total amount of material used.
Small size with multiple buoyant float distribution, enhancing reliability.
A large number of floats are evenly distributed on the float disk, preventing the entire disk from tilting or jamming due to a leak in a single float, thereby enhancing the disk's reliability. The use of smaller floats reduces the distance between the floats and the panel, with the frame's bottom below the liquid surface, thus dividing the liquid surface into many small air chambers. These small air chambers provide good damping against liquid surface fluctuations during movement, absorbing impacts generated by motion, ensuring smooth operation.
The outer floaters are densely distributed, ensuring reliable and smooth sealing movement.
The assembled inner floating roof utilizes a unique buoy arrangement. Multiple buoys are evenly distributed around the outer circumference and along the periphery of the sealed attachments, which not only generates friction between the sealing strip and the tank wall but also enhances the structural rigidity near the sealing strip, thereby ensuring the safe movement of the floating roof sealing strip and preventing any jamming.
Utilizing custom aluminum tubing for the buoyant tube.
The assembled floating roof is made of customized aluminum alloy pipes, without longitudinal welds, reducing the likelihood of leaks.
High storage tank utilization rate
Due to the limited space for oil and gas, typically less than 90%, the entire structure is 300mm thick, thereby enhancing the storage utilization efficiency of the tank.
Easy installation, quick setup, and low maintenance costs.
The floating disk is connected with bolts, no welding required. The components are molded and standardized for production, offering good interchangeability.
