Our activity ladders are available in several main specifications, including simple gangways, and the HY series (two-step, three-step, four-step ladders). The HY series of activity ladders are developed and manufactured by our company, specifically designed for the passageway between the pier and tank trucks.
The main structure is composed of
Bracket
2. Chain
3. Handrail Crossbar
4. Handrail
5. Locktight
6. Spring Cylinder
7. Marching Step
8. Step-down Pole Support
9. End Step
10. Baseboard
11. Step Stool
12. Composed of rope and other components.
Features include innovative structure, lightweight operation, and safe, reliable use. The entire material is made of low-carbon steel, pipe-shaped sections, with galvanized treatment for aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and durability; the steps feature a toothed grid structure for excellent anti-slip performance; it has collision protection to prevent sparks from occurring. The double spring cylinder provides balanced symmetry and reliability, with easy operation. Anti-droop chains prevent the ladder from swinging, ensuring the reliability of work below the suspended ladder assembly, and the reversible steps guarantee safety during operation.
The installation of the activity ladder can be done by using pre-buried foot bolts, securing the bottom plate to the pier via the four F23 holes on it, or by directly welding it to the pier.
Activity ladders are typically mounted at the edge of the pier. Unlock the foot lock mechanism, release one side of the chain, lower the activity ladder, place the end step against or near the tank truck, and secure the chain.
Step 2, Step 3, and Step 4 ladders have an inclination angle of 90° upwards and a decline angle of 25° downwards.
The three-step ladder weighs approximately 130 kg, and the four-step ladder weighs approximately 160 kg.
Our designed activity ladder has a carrying capacity of no less than 200 kilograms.
Packaging Method: Domestic transportation uses iron frame binding for packaging, with burlap cloth wrapping to protect metal contact areas. For international shipping, export wooden box packaging is employed.
Operation, maintenance, and care precautions:
Check the pivot pins on both sides of the end step. Replace the pivot pins if the wear exceeds one-fifth.
b. Regularly apply lubricating grease to rotating parts, such as pivot pins, bearings, etc.
c. The foot lock should be gently stepped on and released; the portable ladder should not be used as a load-bearing tool.
d. Avoid vigorous movements when operating the activity ladder; aim for a smooth and gentle ascent and descent.
e. Be sure to fold up the portable ladder after loading and unloading operations are complete to prevent collisions.
