A skid-mounted system is a new type of loading equipment set, including a pier platform, crane boom, mobile ladder, and sub-system. With the national mandatory implementation of environmental protection policies, relevant enterprises have also increased investment in oil vapor recovery systems during loading and unloading processes. My company has kept pace with advanced technological trends both domestically and internationally to develop and design this new loading system. The new equipment meets customers' demands for more environmentally friendly, safer, and faster loading and unloading procedures.
Piling Platform:
The pier is mainly composed of platform units, steel-framed rain shelters, and accessories on the platform. The platforms can be made of grating panels or patterned plates, and their corrosion resistance can be achieved through painting or electroplating processes. The steel-framed rain shelters can be mounted on the ground or platform with支柱.

Lowerwear Module Composition:
The skid-mounted down module is a novel, convenient installation system developed and designed by our company. The entire system includes electrical and mechanical components. The electrical part features a quantitative loading system, static grounding system, high overflow alarm system, and customer billing system. The mechanical part includes essential process pipeline valves, filters, flowmeters, electro-hydraulic valves, down-loading crane arms (for liquid phase), gas return units, and fixed equipment, etc. The skid-mounted structure boasts compact design, ease of operation, and reliability, reducing the installation workload on-site for customers. Customers simply need to connect and secure the inlet flange and the incoming pipeline from the storage area to the skid-mounted structure, allowing for quick operation. This provides customers with convenience and safety.
Safety Measures: Equipped with static grounding and high-level alarm, featuring automatic detection of grounding status and loading conditions
Automated production operations, where operators simply need to connect to the interface, input the fuel amount, and press the start button to complete everything automatically.
Comprehensive configuration and flexible layout options: Available for on-site selection, including skid-mounted and simple distribution structures, with connector fixing devices.
