Our company produces several main specifications of portable ladders, including simple ramps and the HY series (2-step ladder, 3-step ladder, 4-step ladder). The HY series portable ladders are developed and manufactured by our company, specifically designed for the passageways between causeways and tank trucks.
The main structure consists of
Bracket
2. Chain
3. Handrail横杆
4. Grab rail
5. Locking Device
6. Spring Cylinder
7. Marching Step
8. Step-down Pole Support
9. End Step
10. Baseboard
11. Marching Step
12. Composed of drawstrings and the like.
Features include innovative structure, easy operation, and safe and reliable use. Made of low-carbon steel components and pipe-shaped materials, it is zinc-plated for aesthetic appeal, corrosion resistance, and durability; the steps feature a toothed grid structure for excellent anti-slip performance; it includes impact protection to prevent sparks. The double spring cylinder provides balanced symmetry and ease of operation. The anti-slip chain ensures reliability for suspended ladder components, and the reversible steps guarantee safety during use.
Installation of the activity ladder can be done by pre-burying anchor bolts, securing the base plate to the pier via the four F23 holes on the base plate, or by directly welding it to the pier.
Activity ladders are typically mounted at the edge of a pier. Unlock the foot lock mechanism, release one side of the chain, lower the activity ladder, and place the end step against or near the tank truck, then secure the chain.
Step 2, 3, and 4 ladders have an inclination angle of 90° upward and a declination angle of 25° downward.
The total weight of a three-step ladder is approximately 130 kg, and the total weight of a four-step ladder is about 160 kg.
Our designed activity ladder has a large load capacity of no less than 200 kilograms.
Packaging: For domestic transportation, the iron frame binding method is used for packaging, and burlap is used to wrap and protect metal contact areas. For international shipping, export wooden box packaging is employed.
Operation, maintenance, and care precautions:
Check the pivot pins on both sides of the end stop; replace the pivot pins if the wear exceeds one-fifth.
b. Regularly apply grease to rotating parts, such as shaft pins and bearings.
c. The foot lock should be engaged gently and released softly; the portable ladder should not be used as a load-bearing tool.
d. Avoid forceful movements when operating the activity ladder; aim for a gentle lift and descent.
e. Be sure to fold up the portable ladder after loading and unloading operations to prevent collision accidents.
