Skid-mounted system
A skid-mounted system is a new type of loading equipment, including a pier platform, crane boom, mobile ladder, and sub-system. With the country's mandatory implementation of environmental protection policies, relevant enterprises have also increased their investment in oil vapor recovery systems during loading and unloading processes. My company has kept pace with advanced technological trends at home and abroad, developing and designing this new loading system. The new equipment meets customers' requirements for a more environmentally friendly, safer, and faster loading and unloading process.
Pile Platform:
The pier is mainly composed of platform units, steel-framed rain shelters, and附属 accessories on the platform. The platforms can be made of grill plates or patterned plates, and their corrosion protection can be achieved through painting or electroplating processes. The steel-framed rain shelters can be installed on the ground or the platform using upright posts.

Lowerwear module composition:
The skid-mounted down module is a novel, easy-to-install system developed and designed by our company. The entire system includes electrical and mechanical components. The electrical part features a quantitative loading system, a static grounding system, a high overflow alarm system, and a customer billing system. The mechanical part includes essential process piping valves, filters, flowmeters, electro-hydraulic valves, downpipe (liquid phase), return gas units, and fixed devices. The skid-mounted structure boasts compact design, ease of operation, and safety, reducing the customer's on-site installation workload. Customers simply need to connect and secure the inlet flange with the incoming pipeline from the storage area to the skid-mounted structure, and the system can be quickly put into operation, offering both convenience and safety.
Safety Measures: Equipped with static grounding and high-level alarms, featuring automatic detection of grounding conditions and loading status.
Automated production operation requires operators only to interface, input the fuel quantity, press the start button, and everything is automatically completed.
Comprehensive configurations and flexible arrangement options: Available for selection based on site conditions, including skid-mounted and simple distribution structures, equipped with joint fixing devices.
