The Tank Farm Monitoring and Management System is an integrated DCS control system that incorporates computer control technology, network technology, and communication technology. It mainly consists of two parts: the on-site measurement section and the computer monitoring system.
The primary functions are as follows:
1. Real-time Monitoring: Monitor, process, record, and display on-site process parameters and various alarm signals exceeding limits in real time.
2. Real-time management of various processed data, categorizing and storing them in both historical and real-time databases for ongoing management. Key features include: (1) Display of main tank area status parameters; (2) Real-time display of various alarm information; (3) Users set parameters and operate field instruments with a mouse. The system features meticulous parameter presetting, password settings for engineers and operators, and other operating system functionalities.
3. The trend chart feature displays for key parameters (such as level and pressure), distinguishing between real-time dynamic trend charts and historical trend review charts.
4. The system supports network functionality, offering open data interfaces for remote data browsing capabilities from the dispatch center or other terminals. It also enables remote maintenance. It seamlessly connects with the company's backbone network or ERP system. It facilitates multi-point network queries and automatically generates various required reports.

Equipped with the following data signal collection and display functions:
Level, Temperature, Volume, Test Temperature, Test Density, Standard Density, Standard Volume, Measurement Density, Weight
High Level Alarm Signal, High Level Alarm Signal, Low Level Alarm Signal, Low Low Level Alarm Signal
Tank status data signals, such as incoming oil, outgoing oil, stationary, and rate of change.
Process status signals, pipeline static and dynamic directions, etc.
Other signals.
