The full-contact floating deck of the enclosed tank is structured in a box-like design, with all the bottom surfaces of the boxes in direct contact with the liquid surface, thereby covering the oil product directly. Hence, it is termed a full-contact floating deck. The advantage of this structure is that the oil-gas space is nearly zero, significantly reducing oil and gas evaporation, and the box takes up less space, thereby improving the storage tank's utilization rate.

All buoyancy components are box-type, and each box can be installed through the manhole on the storage tank wall. The various parts of the floating disk are assembled within the tank using connecting components, without the need for welding. Suitable for both new tanks and renovated tanks.

Seal assemblies can be equipped with large compensation elastic seals and XPE tongue-shaped scrapers, either in tongue or bag design. Depending on the stored medium, suitable rubbers are chosen, such as nitrile rubber,三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM), fluoro rubber, and more.
