3.Rubber Non-rotorSulphur AnalyzerData processing requirements:
Figure 1 illustrates the drawing format, curves, and parameters.
ML: Low Torque
MH: High Torque
TS1 (Early Sulfurization Time, Curing Time): Time corresponding to an additional 0.1Nm torque on the ML basis, calculated in minutes.
TS2 (Early Sulfurization Time, Curing Time): ML + 0.2Nm, which refers to the time corresponding to an additional 0.2N·m torque on the ML basis, calculated in minutes.
T10 (Initial Vulcanization Time): The time corresponding to the torque reaching 10% of (MH-ML), calculated in minutes.
T30 (评定硫化时间): Time when torque reaches ML (MH-ML) × 30%, calculated in minutes.
T50 (评定硫化时间): Time corresponding to when the torque reaches 50% of (MH-ML), calculated in minutes.
T70 (evaluable sulfur time): The time, in minutes, corresponding to the torque reaching this value, which is ML (MH-ML) × 70%.
T90 (commonly used good vulcanization time): ML (MH-ML) × 90% represents the time in minutes when the torque reaches this value.
VC (Vulcanization Rate Index): VC = 100 / (T90 - TS1)
