This machine is suitable for vertical reciprocating fatigue tests on large helical springs (such as heavy-duty suspension springs) or other elastic elements. After installing auxiliary equipment, it can also be used for suspension spring impact fatigue tests.

The machine operates using a lever principle, with springs symmetrically placed at both ends of the lever. It can test 2 springs simultaneously, or 4 at once. The maximum loading capacity at one end is 50kN, making the maximum load for simultaneous testing 100kN.

This unit employs a crank and connecting rod mechanism to drive the lever for oscillation, performing reciprocating fatigue tests on the spring.

The amplitude is achieved by adjusting the eccentricity.
