I. Product Description and Applications
Primarily used for reciprocating fatigue tests of arc springs or torsion springs within specified torque ranges. It can also conduct reciprocating fatigue tests within defined angle ranges. Editing fatigue test modes, alternating between multiple modes, and static performance testing of torsion springs are also available.
II. Product Features
◇2.1 Based on PCI bus technology, this computer-based unit features all-digital control, integrating PID regulation, measurement amplification, screen display, data collection, and data processing technologies. It is highly integrated and represents a relatively advanced unit of domestic dynamic control technology.
◇2.2 Achieves dynamic and static closed-loop control of force and displacement/ deformation, as well as smooth transition between control modes. This means conducting dynamic tests with certain force or displacement, test frequency, and signal types (such as waveform control), or automatically controlling tests according to a user-defined spectrum (programmed control). During the test, settings can be modified and new test parameters set, or a smooth transition between control modes can be performed without interrupting the test.
◇2.3 Signal Generator Unit: Provides the system with a variety of input control test waveforms, including sine waves, square waves, triangular waves, trapezoidal waves, static loading ramps, and custom waveforms, etc.
2.4 Hydraulic Control Unit: Provides all the controls required for the hydraulic system of the test system, including motor start/stop, high/low pressure switching, and other functions.
2.5 Control and Measurement Software System:
Operating System: Windows XP platform, menu operations, quick access to any parameter or function. All parameters can be entered via keyboard, or adjusted using simple directional keys; test parameters are set in full digital format, with quick operation keys for main test functions.
Features various display modes, including test次数, peak-valley values of various test parameters, real-time values, median, etc. The computer screen displays test data such as force, displacement/deformation, frequency, and automatically plots various test curves like time-force/displacement/deformation, force-displacement/deformation, etc.
Controller Unit: Control Method: Full digital PID closed-loop control for force, displacement/ deformation; control modes can be smoothly and undisturbedly switched; capable of torque control or angle control.
◇2.7 The system features protective functions against overloading, overpressure, overheating, and specimen breakage.
◇2.8 The system can achieve automatic control, fault recording, and automatic shutdown protection.
