Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drying machine features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product. It is particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not resistant to high temperatures, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. The machine has been proven to be an excellent drying equipment through long-term use by customers. Principle: The material to be dried is added at the center of the upper part of the shell. Under the stirring of the continuously reversing scraper teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is continuously renewed. It is indirectly heated by steam, uniformly stirred by the scraper teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, which facilitates the beneficial removal of moisture on the material surface. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is then exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

The drum dryer is a continuous process where the rotating drum heats and dries the material or strip adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.

Applicable Materials

Slurry, thick paste, materials finer than 100 mesh, various pigments, clay-like materials, filtered and centrifugal separator pure alkali detergents, alkali stone starch, dyes, pigments, clay ash, clay, cement, etc.
