Screw blade film evaporators are a type of evaporation and distillation equipment that uses high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also be used for deodorization, de-bubbling reactions, and unit operations such as heating and cooling. They are suitable for industries such as food, light industry, petrochemicals, and chemical engineering.
Performance and Features
This equipment utilizes a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which can form a film even at very low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid adhering to the inner surface of the drum's evaporative section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It features the following performance and characteristics:
High thermal conductivity value, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200KG/M2·HR, and high thermal efficiency.
2. Material heating time is short, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, benefiting heat-sensitive materials. It ensures that all components remain undecomposed, guaranteeing product quality.
3. Wide range of viscosity adaptability; can handle both high and low viscosity materials, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material's residence time in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporator tube body has been precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.
6. Easy to operate, with simple product specification adjustments. Under sealed conditions, it can automatically maintain continuous production.
