Principle
The dried material is added in the center of the shell from above, and as the sieve teeth continuously rotate in both directions, the material moves axially back and forth. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed, indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the sieve teeth, crushed by the crushing rod, which facilitates the discharge of surface moisture from the material. The vaporized moisture is then passed through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
