Shandong Dening Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.'s reactor agitator utilizes an internal magnetic clutch powered by an electric motor or a geared reducer to rotate the external magnetic steel body. This rotation is transmitted to the internal magnetic steel body within the sealing cover via magnetic action. The shaft of the internal magnetic steel body is integrated with the agitator's shaft, achieving the mixing of materials. The sealing cover, which isolates the internal magnetic steel from the reactor body, is sealed with a graphite gasket and fastened with bolts, ensuring complete isolation from the outside. This design achieves zero leakage under high temperature and high pressure conditions. How should one select a reactor agitator?
(1) Vertical container center agitation. The agitation unit is mounted on the centerline of the vertical equipment cylinder. The driving method is usually belt and gear transmission, and it is directly connected to a standard motor or a reducer.
(2) Off-center agitation. The agitator is mounted off-center on the vertical container, preventing the formation of a "cylindrical rotational zone" near the reactor agitator, and can produce a mixing effect similar to that achieved with baffles.
(3) Inclined mixing. To prevent the formation of vortices, for simple cylindrical or square open vertical containers, the mixing device can be mounted on the upper edge of the equipment cylinder with clamps, and the mixing shaft can be directly inserted into the cylinder.
