Blender, which means to stir, mix, blend, and homogenize materials, is designed with structure and configuration that meets production process requirements, making it both standardized and user-friendly. The blender can achieve feed control, discharge control, stirring control, and other manual and automatic controls during the blending process.
Blending tanks, also known as water phase tanks, are widely used in industries such as coatings, construction materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, and scientific research. The equipment can be made from materials like carbon steel and stainless steel according to the process requirements of the user's product, and equipped with heating and cooling systems to meet various process and production needs. Heating methods include jacket electric heating and coil heating. The equipment features a reasonable structure, durability, ease of operation, and convenience of use, making it an ideal chemical equipment with low investment, quick startup, and high returns.

Mixing Tank StructureThe mixing tank is composed of the tank body, tank lid, agitator, support, transmission unit, and shaft seal, and can also be equipped with heating or cooling equipment according to process requirements.
Vessel bodies, vessel lids, agitators, shaft seals, etc., can be made from carbon steel or stainless steel based on different process requirements. Vessel bodies and lids can be sealed with flange connections or welded joints. Process openings for feeding, discharging, observing, temperature measuring, pressure measuring, steam distillation, and safety venting can be provided on the vessel body and lid according to process requirements. The upper part of the vessel lid is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the agitator inside the vessel through the transmission shaft. The shaft seal can be in the form of mechanical seals, packed seals, labyrinth seals, etc. (determined according to customer needs). Due to varying process requirements of customers, agitators can be configured in various types such as paddle, anchor, frame, and spiral.
