JGZG Periphery Drive Scraper, a mud discharge equipment.
Components: The sludge scraper consists of a drive unit, working bridge, main scraper, auxiliary scraper, central turntable, skimming device, overflow weir plate and slag stopper, as well as an electrode assembly. For sedimentation tanks with central inflow and peripheral outflow, a guide tube is generally required to achieve good sedimentation and sludge removal effects.
Category: Sludge scrapers mainly include peripheral-driven sludge scrapers and central-driven concentrated sludge scrapers. The central-driven concentrated sludge scraper is composed of overflow devices, main beams and crossbars, inlet pipes, transmission mechanisms, electrical cabinets, flow regulators, main shafts, float sludge rakes, scraping equipment, underwater bearings, small scrapers, slag bins, float sludge rakes, etc. The central-driven concentrated sludge scraper can further separate the free water from the sludge in the concentration pond, reducing the volume of the sludge, increasing the sludge concentration, and then discharging the concentrated sludge out of the pond.

Safety operation procedures for mud scrapers include the following aspects:
Before starting the sludge scraper, check for any debris on the guide rail of the secondary sedimentation tank and for tools like brooms, wheelbarrows, etc., around the tank's perimeter. Clear them immediately if found.
2. Once confirmed to be operational, in automatic mode, inform the control room staff to start the sludge scraper. In manual mode, you can directly press the start button to initiate the sludge scraper.
3. After the mud scraper starts running, the on-site duty personnel must monitor the machine for 10 minutes, checking for any abnormal conditions such as noises, vibrations, or impacts. If any are detected, immediately stop the machine and report to the production department accordingly.
4. After the mud scraper operates normally, the on-duty staff should check the site every hour to observe if the mud scraper is running smoothly and if there is any overheating in the motor or accelerator.
