What is Explosion proof CCC Certification
The purpose of explosion-proof CCC certification is to ensure product quality while also protecting the personal safety of consumers.
Before 2019, many enterprises used production licenses. However, after 20 years, all production licenses must be converted to mandatory product certification and managed by the Market Supervision Bureau, which means obtaining CCC certification qualifications. Explosion proof CCC application process
1. Prepare materials
Before applying for explosion-proof CCC certification, it is recommended that everyone prepare the following materials in advance for the next step, including assembly drawings, electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, key components, main raw material lists, and explanations of differences between various models of products within the same application unit.
2. Contact the testing agency
Taking Shengding Testing as an example, if you directly contact the relevant personnel of Shengding Testing, there will be an explosion-proof product certification engineer to coordinate. You need to be informed of the unit division, precautions, contract details, process information, etc. of the applied product. After both parties confirm, you can proceed to the next step.
3. Sample testing
The applying unit shall send the samples to the explosion-proof laboratory for type testing.
4. Factory audit
During the factory audit phase, the issuing authority will arrange for on-site inspection personnel to conduct the audit. Our company can also provide factory audit guidance!
5. Issue certificates or test reports
After the product passes the test and factory audit, the certification body issues an explosion-proof CCC certificate.
