S13-2000KVA/10KV/0.4KV oil-immersed transformer features
1. Besides having a small volume of copper conductors, the S20-2000KVA/10KV/0.4KV oil-immersed transformer typically uses a cylindrical structure with copper foil windings for its low-voltage winding, while the high-voltage winding is selected with a double-layer cylindrical structure. The windings are evenly distributed with no leakage flux, high impact toughness, and strong short-circuit resistance.
2. Separate tightening strategies are used for the iron core and the winding resistance. All tightening positions, including equipment height and low-voltage conductors, are equipped with self-locking nuts to prevent loosening. The design uses a non-hanging core structure, capable of withstanding transport shock.
3. Coils and cores are vacuum dried, transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected, to maximize reduction of moisture inside the transformer.
4. The fuel tank is made of corrugated sheet, which features a breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil due to temperature fluctuations. As a result, there is no oil storage cabinet, significantly reducing the height of the transformer.
5. Corrugated plates replace the oil storage cabinet, effectively isolating transformer oil from the outside, preventing oxygen and moisture from entering and reducing the insulating performance.
6. Based on the above five characteristics, the S20-2000KVA/10KV/0.4KV oil-immersed transformer does not require oil changes during normal operation, thereby reducing maintenance costs and extending the transformer's lifespan.
