Low Partial Discharge: The resin blend utilizes overseas mixing techniques and vacuum film degassing, ensuring thorough mixing and complete removal of air bubbles within the blend. The product has an extremely low partial discharge quantity, which can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage windings are cast under vacuum and pressure, resulting in resin insulation that is fully encapsulated and inter-laminar impregnated. The casting features a dense solidification structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.
The glass fiber insulation materials wound around the coil have an auto-extinguishing feature, do not produce electric arcs due to short circuits, and the resin will not generate toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.
High impact toughness: Filled resin reduces the difference in expansion coefficient within the casting body, resulting in low curing shrinkage, minimal thermal stress, and high hardness of the dried material. Inside the inner and outer layers of the epoxy resin coating on high and low voltage coils, pre-formed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to concrete. Consequently, the impact toughness exceeds that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electrical forces without damage.
