Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor with External Pipe
The external jacketed reactor, commonly referred to as an external tube reactor, is a type of reactor with a semi-tube jacket welded to the outer wall of the tank body for circulating heat exchange medium. It features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, no need for boiler automatic heating, and convenience of use. It is widely used in the petrochemical, rubber, dye, food industries, and for processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerization, and condensation. It relies on thorough mixing of the reactants and requires a mixing device for effective heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption processes. We can design and process external jacketed reactors for our clients.
