High-Temperature Sintering Rotary Kiln Applications
Indirect firing rotary kiln with a combustion chamber externally mounted on the drum. The heat from the combustion of the flue gas is transferred to the material through the drum, which is then fired at high temperatures. The fired products are discharged through the discharge valve, and the waste gases are treated before being exhausted or utilized. Working Principle: Initially, a natural gas firing burner is used to fire within the combustion chamber, uniformly heating the rotating drum body. The material is introduced into the interior of the rotating drum through a quantitative feeder. As the drum rotates and tilts, the material is continuously moved forward. During this movement, the heated drum transfers heat to the material, raising its temperature and ensuring thorough firing. The fired products are then discharged at a high temperature from the end of the drum.
Technical Features
1. The equipment is a continuous production line with high automation. Equipped with our company's high-temperature sealing design, it can achieve processes such as high-temperature cracking, carbonization, and calcination under conditions of vacuum, positive pressure, atmosphere protection, and oxygen-free environments. It is suitable for tasks like carbonization of waste batteries, screen cracking, sludge cracking, waste plastic cracking, tire cracking, catalyst calcination, waste salt calcination, and mineral desulfurization and arsenic removal.
2. Equipment temperature (50~1000 degrees Celsius) can be set at will, and different temperatures can be used according to the actual material to control the calcination degree of the product.
3. Equipment operates under atmospheric pressure. The operating environment is favorable, with minimal dust in the workshop.
4. The equipment system consumes less air, thus resulting in lower dust removal pressure.
5. The calcination time within the equipment is adjustable, ranging from several minutes to several tens of minutes, ensuring uniform calcination of the material.
6. The equipment achieves high thermal energy recycling and efficiency.
7. The internal cylinder of the equipment can be configured with multiple temperature zones, allowing for different temperature calcinations in each zone based on the characteristics of the material.
8. Facilitates the recovery of solvents in materials.
9. To ensure sufficient heat exchange between the material and the high-temperature smoke as well as the interior wall of the kiln, the material filling rate inside the kiln is typically greater than 15%, and can reach above 25%.
